This course introduces students to the fundamentals of soccer, focusing on developing technical skills, tactical understanding, and a love for the game. Participants will learn essential techniques such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and defending, as well as game strategies like positioning, teamwork, and set plays. The course emphasizes physical fitness, communication, and sportsmanship in both individual and team settings. Whether students are new to the sport or looking to refine their skills, this course provides a supportive environment to build confidence, improve performance, and understand the value of teamwork on and off the field.

Students will participate in a culminating match or scrimmage where they can showcase the skills learned throughout the course. Alongside the game, they will create a reflective journal analyzing their progress, identifying strengths and areas for improvement, and describing a specific play or moment where they demonstrated teamwork or technical growth.
