This course introduces students to a variety of outdoor sports and activities, emphasizing physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Students will learn the fundamental skills, rules, and strategies for sports such as soccer, flag football, ultimate frisbee, volleyball, and more. The course also incorporates lessons on safety, proper warm-ups, and injury prevention, ensuring students can participate confidently and effectively. By engaging in diverse outdoor activities, students will build their fitness, coordination, and communication skills, while developing a lifelong appreciation for staying active in nature.
