This course introduces students to the principles of physical fitness and overall wellness, emphasizing the importance of regular exercise, proper nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices. Students will explore various forms of physical activity, including strength training, cardio, flexibility exercises, and mindfulness practices, tailored to their interests and fitness levels. The course also covers goal setting, tracking progress, and understanding the connection between physical and mental health. By engaging in hands-on activities and reflective practices, students will build confidence, improve their fitness, and develop lifelong habits for a healthier lifestyle.
