About this program

This course will dive into the art and technique of digital photography, with a focus on various types of portraits, lighting, action shots, and candid photographs. Students will learn how to master camera settings, compose images, capture the moment, and use lighting effectively. They will also gain hands-on experience in using an online photo editing tool, to enhance their images and create professional-level portfolios.

Final projects or artifacts

The final project will require students to submit a curated portfolio of images, showcasing their skills in taking and editing portraits, lighting, action, and candid shots. The portfolio should include a mix of all these categories and demonstrate their understanding of the different techniques and skills learned throughout the course.
