This course is designed for students who want to sharpen their skills and compete in Street Fighter esports. Participants will focus on mastering core mechanics such as combos, spacing, blocking, and frame data while learning advanced tactics like mix-ups, zoning, and punishing opponents' mistakes. The course emphasizes character-specific strategies, matchup analysis, and reading opponents' playstyles to gain a competitive edge. Students will also explore mental preparation, tournament etiquette, and analyzing professional matches to develop a deeper understanding of high-level play.

The final project can include: A Gameplay Highlight Reel – A recorded showcase of combos, defensive plays, and strategic wins. A Character Strategy Guide – A detailed breakdown of a chosen fighter, including moves, combos, strengths, weaknesses, and matchup tips. A Match Analysis Report – A review of a recorded match (personal or professional), identifying decision-making, execution, and areas for improvement. A Training Plan – A structured routine focused on improving execution, reaction time, and matchup knowledge.
