Program Description:

This course focuses on music theory and instrumental practice. Students will explore the fundamentals of music in an engaging and interactive manner. This course introduces students to the essential elements of music theory, including rhythm, melody, harmony, and notation, providing a solid foundation for understanding musical structures and compositions. Alongside theory, students engage in practical instrument lessons, where they can choose from a variety of instruments, learning basic techniques and experiencing hands-on practice. The curriculum is adapted to different age groups, ensuring that younger students enjoy a more playful and exploratory approach, while older students delve into more detailed theoretical aspects and advanced instrumental skills. The class also includes listening exercises, ensemble playing, and creative composition activities, fostering a comprehensive understanding of music and its expressive possibilities. This course aims to cultivate students' musical skills, enhance their appreciation of different music genres, and provide a creative outlet for self-expression and personal growth.
