This course prepares students for the Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST) AI & Data Science certification by introducing students to the fundamentals of artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analysis, data visualization, statistics, and responsible AI. Students will learn how AI systems are developed, how data is collected and analyzed, and how modern organizations use AI and data science to solve real-world problems. Through hands-on projects and certification practice, students will develop foundational skills in one of today's fastest-growing technology fields.
