A Nail Tech Career Pathway Report – A research-based summary of the certifications, training programs, and careers available in nail technology and cosmetology.

Program Description:
This course introduces students to the fundamentals of nail care, design, and professional grooming techniques, preparing them for further study or exploration in the field of cosmetology. Students will learn about nail anatomy, hygiene and sanitation practices, basic manicuring and pedicuring procedures, nail shaping, cuticle care, and introductory nail art. The course also touches on professional ethics, client communication, and career pathways in the beauty industry. Hands-on activities allow students to build technical skills while exploring their creativity through personalized nail designs and trends.
