Program Description:

This recreational course introduces students to the exciting world of Roblox, one of the most popular online platforms for gaming and game creation. Students will explore a variety of Roblox games across genres—adventure, roleplay, simulation, obby, and more—while learning about the community-driven nature of the platform. Through guided gameplay, discussion, and hands-on experimentation, students will begin to understand how games are made, how the Roblox economy works (Robux, avatars, in-game purchases), and what’s possible with Roblox Studio for those interested in creating their own worlds. The course emphasizes safe online behavior, digital citizenship, creativity, and fun, offering students a structured space to play, collaborate, and imagine new possibilities.
