Pokemon Trading Card Game

About this program

This course introduces students to the strategic and collectible card game, Pokémon Trading Card Game (Pokémon TCG). Students will learn the rules of the game, strategies for deck building, and the mathematical concepts underlying gameplay. The course also explores the history and cultural significance of Pokémon TCG. By the end of the course, students will be able to play the game proficiently and understand the complexities of card interactions and strategy.

Final projects or artifacts

Students will create their own strategic Pokémon card deck. They will provide a written explanation of their strategy, discussing the specific cards chosen, the synergy between the cards, the anticipated challenges, and the ways to counter them.
